You're right -- we need to be able to sacrifice characters (even the totally awesome ones) if the story calls for it. I am very guilty of not wanting to whack my favorite characters, but I'll just have to get over it.Nickiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14509263760472428391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4665052536053897386.post-28161890178977140632012-06-13T21:16:26.257+07:002012-06-13T21:16:26.257+07:00That's it. And I didn't know why really, because he was the main character, but now I get it. Some of the safe characters had died before him. <br /> That's really interesting to know. (And now that you talk about it I think I've noticed it in books I read. Some characters I know will live, others I'm not so sure because characters died before them who I didn't think should have.)Jackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04395502314886308773noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4665052536053897386.post-24231975011918215632012-06-13T19:19:53.868+07:002012-06-13T19:19:53.868+07:00I can't believe Chewbacca died because the sky...I can't believe Chewbacca died because the sky fell on him.Timhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07677154909420339405noreply@blogger.com
