This only matters if there is a minotaur after you, otherwise it's manufacturer error and can be trashed.
I'm with Emmet. Unless there's a minotaur, or a hungry bear or something, it's just slightly infuriating.
What's the problem? You just backup to the entrance arrow and follow the exterior wall all the way around to the exit arrow. ^.^
